ART

All pieces sold on Billie & Olive's come with a Certificate of Authenticity that is signed by the artist. Limited edition prints are numbered accordingly. The Certificate of Authenticity ensures the integrity of your new art, so keep it in a safe place.  

 

FRAMING & GALLERY WRAPPING

Billie & Olive's takes pride in sourcing American craftsmanship for all printing and framing.  We personally oversee the printing, framing and distribution of every individual piece to ensure the best quality.

SHIPPING

We pack your art with extreme care and plenty of fluff. As all purchases are printed and framed on demand, please allow 10-14 business days for shipping.  All shipping is done via the United States Parcel Service or UPS, insured for the value of the purchase. We will notify you with the tracking number via email. Should you receive your package damaged in transit, please contact your applicable UPS office for assistance with handling claims as we cannot be held liable once the package is not in our possession.

EXCHANGES

It's our goal to make buying art a great experience.   However, if you're not thrilled with your purchase, let us know within 14 days of receiving your art.

All exchange inquiries should be sent to Info@BillieandOlives.com. Please be sure to retain all of the original packaging and materials that arrived with the art. We're sorry, but we do not provide refunds.
